Bachelor degree

The procedure for admission of students to the Tajik National University at the bachelor’s level

In order to modernize the system of centralized entrance examinations to institutions of higher professional education in the Republic of Tajikistan, by Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 5, 2008 No. 114, the State Institution “National Testing Center” was created, which, according to the charter, is called upon to organize and conduct centralized entrance examinations to institutions of higher professional education in the Republic of Tajikistan. Therefore, taking into account the high role and importance of these exams in the field of science and education, this institution was restructured and its administrative subordination was changed, and by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, dated February 10, 2014, No. 138, the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan was created on its basis.

All citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan who have graduated from secondary general education institutions of the country take entrance exams for admission to universities through the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the manner established by the legislation of the country.

In this regard, those wishing to enroll in the Tajik National University for a bachelor’s degree program can submit documents to the registration points of the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (annual announcements about the time and place of work of the registration points are published on the website (https://ntc.tj/tj/), more detailed information can be found here).

Admission of students to the Tajik National University at the bachelor’s level is carried out only through the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan (for foreign citizens on the basis of the Regulation and interstate and interuniversity agreements).
