Short biography
Education:
In 2015, he graduated with honors from the faculty of law at the National university of Tajikistan.
PhD defense:
In 2019, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic:
“Problems of the phenomenon of conditions and restrictions in the system of public administration in the Republic of Tajikistan.”
Teaching and professional experience:
Since 2015, he has been engaged in scientific work as an assistant at the department. From 2015 to 2019, he was also a PhD candidate at the department of International law.
In 2021 — senior lecturer at the department, and since 2022 to the present — associate professor of the department of International law at the faculty of law.
