The Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-018 at the Tajik National University for the specialties 6D030100 – Jurisprudence (6D030101 – Theory and History of Law and State; History of Legal and State Doctrines; 6D030103 – Civil Law; Business Law; Family Law; Private International Law; 6D030107 – Corporate Law; Energy Law), as well as for the awarding of academic degrees of Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences in the specialties 12.00.01 – Theory and History of State and Law; History of Doctrines of Law and State; 12.00.03 – Civil Law; Business Law; Family Law; Private International Law; 12.00.07 – Corporate Law; Energy Law, was approved on January 7, 2022, by Order No. 16/shd (with changes to the composition as of July 5, 2024, by Order No. 224/shd).
The council includes specialists in the above-mentioned fields, who have contributed to the enhancement of the scientific potential in the country. Since its establishment, 65 individuals have defended their candidate and doctoral dissertations in the specialties 12.00.01 – Theory and History of State and Law; History of Doctrines of Law and State; 12.00.03 – Civil Law; Business Law; Family Law; Private International Law; 12.00.07 – Corporate Law; Energy Law. Of these, 60 dissertations were approved by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the authors were awarded Candidate and Doctoral diplomas.
The council, consisting of 16 members, was established by the Order of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan dated January 7, 2022, No. 16/shd (with updated composition as of July 5, 2024, No. 224/shd).
