Davlatmandzoda Eraj Davlatmandwas born on October 31, 1986 in Dushanbe in an intelligent family. In 2004 he entered the full-time department of the Faculty of Law of the Tajik National University of Tajikistan, and graduated with honors in 2009. 2009-2015 – Assistant of the Department of Entrepreneurial and Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law, 2009-2014 Postgraduate student of the correspondence department of the Faculty of Law, from 2015 to the present Associate Professor of the Department of Entrepreneurial and Commercial Law, 2014-2015 Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of TNU for educational work, from 2015 to September 2025, he served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at TNU for Academic Affairs. Since September 2025, he has served as Head of the Department of Entrepreneurial and Commercial Law. He holds the academic title of Associate Professor.
Issues related to the problems of private law regulation of relations in the provision of employment services in the Republic of Tajikistan, theoretical problems of legal regulation of trade in the Republic of Tajikistan are among the topics of his scientific research. In 2014, in the city of Dushanbe, at the dissertation council of the Tajik National University on the topic “Problems of private law regulation of relations on the provision of employment services in the Republic of Tajikistan”, under the supervision of candidate of legal sciences, associate professor Shonasridinov N., he defended his dissertation.
