The Scientific and Methodological Council of the Faculty of Law of the Tajik National University has carried out its activities on the basis of the Work Plan of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Faculty of Law of the Tajik National University for the 2025-2026 academic year, approved by the Resolution of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Faculty of Law dated 30/08/2025, No. 1. The staff of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Faculty of Law this year consists of 14 people.
The most important issues of improving the quality of education are discussed at the Scientific-Methodological Council meetings, and relevant decisions are made on them, the implementation of which is mandatory for all specialized departments and subjects of the educational process.
Checking the text of lectures, subject questionnaires, test questionnaires, slides, plans and providing electronic or printed copies to students, approving work programs and syllabi of faculty teachers, reviewing and reviewing tests submitted for exams, taking measures to enhance the role of the faculty’s operating departments in the direction of using new, active and innovative methods in the educational process, improving the level and quality of student learning, obtaining results from the effective use of scientific and research work in the educational process, checking the organization and conduct of open lessons by the departments of the faculty, entering the lessons of teachers to determine their professional skills, such as the most important issues The Faculty Scientific and Methodological Council is considered to be the body of the faculty, and its members take appropriate measures to improve the level and quality of education. In accordance with the approved work plan, meetings are held once a month, and the issues included in the meeting agenda are discussed.
