MIRZOZODA PARVON ZAINALOBUDIN
Mirzozoda Parvon Zainalobudin graduated from the full-time Faculty of Law of TNU in 2002. He began his career after graduating from the university, in 2002-2003 – lecturer at the Department of Civil Law of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in 2003-2006 – secretary of the judge of the Shokhmansur district of Dushanbe, since 2006 assistant, associate professor of the Department of Entrepreneurial and Commercial Law of the Law Faculty of TNU, from 2014 to 2022 he worked as Deputy Dean for Education of the Law Faculty of TNU, and from June 25, 2022 to March 6, 2023 – Acting Head of the Department of Entrepreneurial and Commercial Law of the Law Faculty of TNU.
In 2012, at the Dissertation Council of TNU, the Bakhovaddinov Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, an interstate educational institution of the Slavic University of Russia-Tajikistan, he defended his PhD thesis on “Non-contractual state liability for damage caused to an entrepreneur.”
On March 7, 2023, he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Legal issues of regulating the quality of goods, works and services in the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan: civil law research”.
Holder of the academic title of professor in the specialty 12.00.03 – “civil law; business law; family law; international private law (jurisprudence)”.
For his fruitful work, he was awarded the title of “Excellent Worker in Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan” (2016), medals in honor of the “90th Anniversary of the Judicial Authority of Tajikistan” (2015), and the Certificate of Honor of the Tajik National University (2012).+ For his fruitful work, he was awarded the title of “Excellent Worker in Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan” (2016), medals in honor of the “90th Anniversary of the Judicial Authority of Tajikistan” (2015), and the Certificate of Honor of the Tajik National University (2012).
At the same time, on September 6, 2022, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mirzozoda Parvon was solemnly awarded the medal “For Impeccable Service”.
From March 7, 2023, by order of the Rector of TNU and in agreement with the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Law.
