Deputy Dean for Science, Innovation, and International Relations

Rahimzoda Mumin Saifullo was born on July 8, 1986, in the Republic of Tajikistan, into a large family. In 2004, he enrolled in the correspondence department of the Faculty of Law at Tajik State National University (now Tajik National University). In 2007, he transferred from the correspondence department to the full-time department and graduated in 2010. In 2017, he entered the correspondence department of the Faculty of Distance Education and Second Higher Education at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Tajikistan, and in 2020, he graduated with a degree in Public Administration.

From 2010 to 2014, he was a postgraduate student at the correspondence department of Tajik National University. From 2011 to 2022, he served as an assistant at the Department of Judicial Law and Prosecutorial Oversight of the Faculty of Law at Tajik National University. Since 2022, he has been an Associate Professor at the same department.

Since 2022, he has been appointed Deputy Dean for Science and Innovation and is currently performing this role.

Rahimzoda M.S. is engaged in scientific research and defended his PhD thesis in 2020 on the topic “State Protection of Participants in Criminal Proceedings: Legal Regulation, Practice, and Development Prospects” in the Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-059 (now 6D.KOA-019) at Tajik National University.

He teaches students courses such as Law Enforcement Agencies, Criminal Procedure Law, Civil Procedure Law, Prosecutorial Oversight, and a special course “Judicial Advocacy.”

He is the author of more than 30 scientific, educational, and methodological works. He has participated in prestigious scientific conferences at the national and international levels and has undertaken official trips to the United States (2015), Kazakhstan (2022, 2023).

Rahimzoda M.S. has made a significant contribution to public life in the country and has been awarded for his work in training young specialists: with a Certificate of Honor from the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan (2021), the badge “Honored Worker of Education and Science of Tajikistan” (2022), and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Committee on Youth and Sports under the Government of Tajikistan (2022). He has over 13 years of scientific and teaching experience.

He is married and has three children.
